Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Machine Operator in Tempe, AZ to operate and monitor production equipment on a 5:00 PM–5:30 AM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule. The role includes setting up machinery, inspecting product quality, and reporting malfunctions.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, forklift certification within 30 days, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Weekend and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Forklift certification required within 30 days from hire.
• Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed through production shift.
• Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available and ready to be used to produce.
• Visually inspect production run and document results. Confirming quality of product throughout production.
• Determine and report malfunctions to supervisor or manager to safety hazards and product defects.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area to maintain safety and performance standards.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
