Job summary

Charter Next Generation is hiring for a full-time Indirect Labor role in Ontario, OH. The position involves 12-hour shifts, lifting up to 65 pounds, and using basic measuring tools.

You will operate a forklift, work with the MVP maintenance system, manage extrusion and finishing filters, and assist with inventory and reporting. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous learning, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Wages ranging from $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move materials and finished goods.
• Utilize Maintenance Software System (MVP) to track maintenance tasks.
• Manage extrusion and finishing filters, and recycling filters.
• Use office programs, especially Excel, for reporting and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with Production teams to coordinate work.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and safety standards.
• Monitor stocked materials and run inventory.

The Role

From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule
