Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a dependable individual to operate our pallet sorting equipment and contribute to a fast-paced team environment. You will perform sorting by manufacturer, quality, and grade, with hands-on inspections and potential forklift duties.

Training is provided for forklift operation, and safety is a core priority. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to Clean as You Go practices while supporting production targets and quality goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn machine and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a large industrial pallet sorting machine to sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade.
• Perform hands-on inspections and manual sorting as needed.
• May operate a forklift (training & certification provided) to load/unload trailers and move materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace through “Clean as You Go” practices.
• Lift up to 70 lbs consistently and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift.
• Meet production and quality goals while working collaboratively with your team.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership.
