Worthington Samuel Coil Processing (WSCP), a joint venture of Worthington Steel, is hiring Machine Operators for the night shift in Twinsburg, OH. Training is provided and prior steel experience is not required.

The role offers a steady 6:00 PM–6:00 AM schedule, non-rotating 2-2-3 pattern, and opportunities for overtime and growth. You will operate equipment, load materials, perform basic adjustments, inspect quality, and help ensure a safe, clean work area.

A Predictable Schedule That Works for You

• Permanent night shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Manufacturing Experience Is Helpful but Not Required!

Successful Machine Operators come from a variety of backgrounds, including culinary and food production, hospitality, automotive service, military service, retail leadership, and other fast-paced environments where reliability, attention to detail, and personal accountability are essential.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to stand and remain physically active for up to 12 hours, perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
