Essential Duties

Essential duties are descriptive and not restrictive. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform all work safely; promote a safe work environment.
• Operate process lines and equipment; perform minor maintenance.
• Measure product quality, input data into SAP, take corrective actions.
• Assist with mechanical repairs, product changeovers, and paperwork.
• Adjust lines to ensure product quality.
• Assist other operators as needed.
• Remove and grind scrap.
• Notify supervisors and maintenance of equipment issues.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of manufacturing or related experience, or any equivalent combination providing the required skills and knowledge.

Must Be Able To

• Work in a team environment.
• Work shift schedules, including overtime.
• Follow directions and collaborate well with others.

Skills & Certifications

Ability to read, interpret instructions, and communicate effectively in English. Basic math skills. Must have or obtain a forklift operator license within 90 days of hire.
