Join Our Team as a Lead Parking Lot Operator - Night Shift at Pacific Sweeping

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Parking Lot Operator for night shifts at Pacific Sweeping, located in Rockford, MI. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work with a leading company in the power-sweeping industry, providing essential services to maintain clean and safe parking lots and roadways.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate Air Sweeper Truck to remove debris, including pavement, asphalt, concrete millings, mud, and seasonal waste.
2. Perform safety inspections and minor mechanical checks of the equipment.
3. Ensure all safety protocols and PPE requirements are followed.
4. Review and understand scheduled routes, proactively seeking clarification when needed.
5. Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
6. Report equipment issues or incidents promptly to supervisors.
7. Refuel and prepare the vehicle at the end of each shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid Chauffeur’s license; CDL A or B with current Medical Card preferred.
• Willingness to obtain a DOT Physical.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to perform lifting, pushing, pulling, and extended driving.
