Essential Duties:

Descriptive, not restrictive. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Operate process lines and equipment, perform minor maintenance.
  • Measure product quality, input data into SAP, take corrective actions.
  • Assist with mechanical repairs, changeovers, and paperwork.
  • Adjust lines to ensure product quality.
  • Assist other operators as needed.
  • Handle scrap removal.
  • Report equipment or process issues to supervisors or maintenance.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1 year in manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to:

  • Work in a team environment.
  • Work shifts, including overtime.
  • Follow directions and collaborate well.

Skills: Ability to interpret instructions, write reports, communicate effectively in English.

Mathematical Skills: Basic math proficiency.

Reasoning Skills: Apply common sense, solve problems involving multiple variables.

Certificates/Licenses: Forklift license at hire or within 90 days.
