Job Description

This position requires familiarity with equipment safety requirements, evacuation and shelter-in-place processes, PPE requirements, and cGMP and GDP compliance. The candidate will begin learning processes through hands-on practice and SOP instruction from the department training matrix.

Responsibilities include reading complete batch records, preparing tanks and hookups for packaging production, performing line tasks as instructed, recording process information in packaging records and logbooks, cleaning equipment and workspaces, and using packaging line equipment. All duties must be performed following company safety procedures, ensuring products are accurately packaged free from contamination in accordance with FDA cGMP requirements.

Additional tasks involve setting up fillers, documenting downtime correctly in batch records, operating material handling equipment, reviewing completed batch records for accuracy, and participating in cross-training opportunities.
