Job summary

Hoffmaster is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for the Clintonville, WI area. This full-time role supports our production team with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, night shift hours, and a pay rate of $22.09–$24.00 per hour.

Paid training, advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this position. Ideal candidates will safely operate equipment, load materials, and monitor quality throughout production.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate and monitor production equipment safely.
• Willing to train on day shift before transitioning to night shift.

• Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.

• Load raw materials, rolls, plates, inks, and other production supplies

What Is a 2-2-3 Schedule?

Our rotating day shift gives you every other weekend off and only 14 workdays per month.

• Week 1: Work Mon-Tues, Off Wed-Thu, Work Fri-Sat-Sun
• Week 2: Off Mon-Tues, Work Wed-Thu, Off Fri-Sat-Sun
