Job summary

Honest Origins, a division of Trinidad Benham Corp., is seeking a skilled Machine Operator for our Antioch, TN facility. This role sets up and maintains machine operation to ensure top quality for wholesale/retail packaging, staying aligned with industry leadership built over 100 years.

The position runs on a 3rd shift from 9 pm to 5:30 am and reports to Erik Stephan. Candidates should bring machine-operator experience, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while following GMPs

Qualifications

• Experience as a Machine Operator.
• Strong attendance and good safety/sanitation history.
• Self-motivated and responsible.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Possess some mechanical ability; previous machine operator experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform safe start-ups at the beginning of each shift. Think safety.
• Conduct prompt start-ups, timely shutdowns, and precise changeovers from one product to another.
• Recording accurate production output and downtime.
• Record and maintain Quality Control throughout the machine process.
• Maintain proper sanitation of the equipment and production environment according to plant GMP’s.
• Complete all SQF related documentation.
• Will operate the cook room overall including the Blending and Packaging processes.
• Frequent Forklift operation including stand-up and sit down lifts.
• Follow all Food Safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel, possibly including, but not limited to, preventive maintenance and cleaning.
• Occasional plant Sanitation duties.
