Standard Process Inc. in Palmyra, WI, seeks a Mix/Mill/Granulation Operator to produce ingredients following GMPs and Master Manufacturing Records.

You will weigh and mix raw materials, operate equipment, and ensure batch accuracy from start to finish. This first-shift position requires basic math and mechanical aptitude, with opportunities to develop skills in quality control and equipment sanitation while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in a food processing environment preferred.
• Experience as a machine operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment following Master Manufacturing Record (MMR), GMPs and SOPs.
• Add batch ingredients and verify formulas for accuracy.
• Load ingredients into mixer and process according to recipes.
• Monitor product quality and collect samples for lab testing.
• Maintain and record batch sheets, end shift reports, and ingredient lot tracking.
• Dismantle and clean accessories and equipment between batches; keep area tidy.
• Perform machine changeovers and sanitations; follow safety procedures.
