Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, MAES, is seeking motivated individuals to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will operate production equipment, load materials, assemble, package, and ensure quality across the line.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and teamwork. We welcome candidates with a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years of experience eager to learn, grow, and contribute to reliable production performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment per standard work instructions.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
• Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and specifications.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area following 5S principles.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices.
• Support the achievement of daily production, quality, and efficiency goals.
