Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc, is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in our MAES production area. You will operate production equipment, load/unload materials and maintain a clean, safe 5S workspace.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 0-2 years in manufacturing, basic math, and experience with hand tools. Safety and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in accordance with standard work instructionsLoad and unload materials, components, and finished products
• Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasksInspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications
• Complete production records and documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles
• Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities
• Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices
• Support the achievement of daily production, quality, and efficiency goals

What will you be doing?
