Job Description

We are seeking a Machine Operator / Meat Processor to join our team!

Responsibilities include:

1. Efficiently and safely process, pack, weigh, and label meat & ground beef products.
2. Operate meat and ground beef patty machines & grinding machines using established procedures.
3. Inspect equipment for cleanliness and quality assurance before each use, and complete the Daily Inspection Checklist. Set up and break down sections each day.
4. Adhere to all company SOPs, GMPs, and procedures, and work consistently with all food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
5. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area throughout the facility and common areas.
6. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 7 am until finish.
