Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc is seeking a skilled Machine Operator in Pataskala, OH to support our production operations. The role involves hands-on work with fabricated components and production equipment to meet safety, quality, and output goals.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, can troubleshoot minor issues, work independently, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Eligible for a 4‑day workweek and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude with electrical, pneumatic, or thermal systems a plus.
  • Ability to read work instructions and perform basic measurements.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Position Type: Machine Operator

Location: Pataskala, OH

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm; OT Friday 6am-2:30pm

Pay: $19.50/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to support our production operations. This role involves working hands‑on with fabricated components and production equipment to meet safety, quality, and output goals.

This position is ideal for someone with prior manufacturing experience who is comfortable troubleshooting minor issues, working independently, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: include the following
  • Ability to learn and follow work instructions
  • Perform and adhere to Lock Out Tag Out safety standards
  • Meet / Exceed production standards
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
  • Self‑Motivated
  • Follows Company safety and department policies and procedures
  • Maintains neat and clean work environment following 5S methodology
  • Makes recommendations to continually improve processes
  • Performs other duties as assigned
