This role offers hands-on training in preventive maintenance while you operate equipment on a day shift, 30–50 hours per week, with competitive pay and full benefits. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Production Team Member, or similar role.
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning machine maintenance.
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment.
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate food manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting.
• Receive hands-on training in preventive maintenance and machine repairs.
• Follow food safety, GMP, and quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency.
