Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals.
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout each shift.
  • Make minor machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Learn preventive maintenance and machine repair through hands-on training.
  • Maintain food safety, quality, and GMP standards at all times.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency.

What You'll Do

Schedule
  • Day Shift - Start time: 6:00 AM
  • Shift lengths vary based on production demands.
  • Typical shifts range from 4-12 hours.
  • Full-time schedule averaging 30-50 hours per week.
