Job summary

Charter Next Generation, Inc. in Lexington Township, OH, is hiring production operators to operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion lines and ensure high-quality film production. You will troubleshoot equipment, participate in training, and contribute to sustainable packaging solutions.

The role features a rotating 3-4 day schedule across A/B/D shifts, with 15 workdays per month, and a comprehensive benefits package including employee ownership and health coverage.

The Role

You will operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.

Schedule

Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule

• A - Day Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & alternating Saturdays)
• B - Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & alternating Saturdays)
• D - Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & alternating Saturdays)

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Salary

• Wages ranging from $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
• Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
