Swagelok is seeking a Level III Machine Operator for 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:15 pm, Mon–Fri) at our Solon, OH manufacturing site. You will produce high‑quality fluid‑system components and support safety, quality, and efficiency through skilled machine operation and problem solving.
The role requires 30+ months of machining experience or Swagelok Level II qualification, with a pay range of $24.50–$34.30 per hour plus overtime and a $3,000 sign‑on bonus after 30 days.

2nd shift—3:00 pm – 11:15 pm (Mon‑Fri)
The pay range for this position is $24.50‑$34.30 per hour, along with additional compensation through overtime and a 10% shift differential when working an off‑shift. If you’re offered a position with Swagelok, the hourly rate offered will be determined by your skills, experience, and additional qualifications needed for the role. This position comes with a $3,000 sign‑on bonus, payable after your first 30 days worked. You must be actively employed with us at the time of payout to receive the sign‑on bonus. Sign‑on bonus payments are subject to any legally required or elected withholdings and applicable federal, state, and local taxes. As a Level III Machine Operator, you’ll be a key member of our manufacturing team, producing fluid‑system components that meet the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for an experienced machinist with proven ability working independently, troubleshooting equipment and processes, and performing machine changeovers while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
