Pay & Total Rewards
The pay range for this position is $24.50–$34.30 per hour, along with additional compensation through overtime. If you’re offered a position with Swagelok, the hourly rate offered will be determined by your skills, experience, and additional qualifications needed for the role.

As a Level III Machine Operator, you'll be a key member of our manufacturing team, producing fluid‑system components that meet the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for an experienced machinist with proven ability working independently, troubleshooting equipment and processes, and performing machine changeovers while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
You’ll have the opportunity to use your expertise every day while continuously expanding your technical knowledge with exposure and experience working on a variety of machines in a clean, safe, modern, temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment. You’ll be provided all the tools and gauges necessary to be successful in your role.
