KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shift: 8 hours, with exceptions on Saturdays. Two Saturdays per month are 12-hour shifts from 12am-12pm and 8pm-12am. The other two Saturdays are off.
• Work safely and independently with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Comply with ISO/Safety/cGMP policies and procedures.
• Operate extrusion lines/machines; training on extruders, pelletizers, and recycle machines provided.
• Pack and ship orders.
• Operate forklift and other mobile equipment.
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Achieve results in a team-based, Six Sigma environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Physical requirements: lift, push, or pull 35 lbs; stand up to 7 hours per shift.
• Willing to work set shifts with rotating days off.
