Job summary

Quad is hiring experienced Machine Operators to set up and run high-speed manufacturing equipment in our Hartford, Wisconsin facility. We offer 12-hour rotating shifts (7 a.m.–7 p.m.

and 7 p.m.–7 a.m.) with overtime opportunities and relocation assistance up to $25,000 based on experience. No print experience is required; transferable production experience in packaging, food & beverage, plastics, automotive, metals, CNC, or other manufacturing is welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience as machine operator or with production equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Motivation to learn, improve, and take on more responsibility.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow safety procedures, job instructions, and production documentation.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotate between days and nights every 4 months.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10–15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
