Qualifications

• Experience operating high-speed print/converting equipment is a plus.
• Flexographic experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate high-speed print and converting machinery per job specs and production schedules.
• Inspect finished products against quality specs and make real-time adjustments.
• Read and interpret artwork, diagrams, and work orders to configure equipment.
• Perform pre-operation checks to ensure proper startup.
• Monitor multiple machines to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot print quality issues and escalate mechanical problems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on press and ancillary equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate with team and plant staff.
• Adhere to housekeeping, sanitation, and safety standards.
