Quad/Graphics in Hartford, WI seeks an experienced Manufacturing Machine Operator to set up and run high-speed equipment. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance while ensuring safety and quality standards.

We offer 12-hour shifts (days/nights), relocation assistance up to $25,000 for eligible candidates, and opportunities to grow your skills within a large, manufacturing-focused team.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator or production equipment experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Motivation to learn, improve, and take on more responsibility.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow safety procedures, job instructions, and production documentation.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotate between days and nights every 4 months.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10–15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
