3rd Shift Opening (10:45pm - 7:15am)

Essential Functions:

1. Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas.
2. Responsible to adhere to food quality and food safety standards and/or Safe Quality Food requirements.
3. Have an operational knowledge of the machine being operated and related equipment.
4. Follow the production schedule and communicate with the Lead Hand regarding problems or changes.
5. Monitor the line for issues such as down bottles/cans, low fills, faulty packaging, damage, missing or out of registration labels.
6. Inspect finished products and cases for proper closures, date codes, and packaging integrity.
7. Follow all Quality Assurance and Production line SOPs.
8. Perform changeovers efficiently, ensuring correct settings and no mechanical defects.
9. Accurately record production and quality data, including downtime reports.
10. Maintain a clean work environment, including end-of-shift cleanup and proper disposal of waste.
11. Collaborate with departments to improve quality, efficiency, and yield.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by a Lead Hand or Management.

Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Experience in a fast-moving packaged goods environment; beverage production experience preferred.
2. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Understanding of production machinery and forklifts, including technical issues.
4. Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
5. Formal training in WHMIS, HACCP, Hygiene, etc., is preferred.
6. Forklift certification may be required.
