This role requires a reliable and skilled technician who can independently lead residential HVAC system installations, mentor junior staff, and ensure each project meets our exacting standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations and complete change-outs (heat pumps, air-conditioners, furnaces).
• Install HVAC-related equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Wire line and low voltage circuits for heating and cooling systems.
• Solder and braze copper refrigerant lines.
• Install sheet metal and flex ductwork in residential/light commercial settings.
• Conduct job pre-measurements to determine material needs.
• Load and verify required equipment/materials for each job.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and submit required job documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Certification (Required).
• 2+ years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
• Skilled with hand/power tools and HVAC-related technologies.
• Knowledge of supporting electrical and plumbing systems.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
