Job summary

AAON is seeking a Machine Operator I in Redmond, Oregon to support daily production runs. You will load production files, prepare machines, and assist with setup and adjustment of equipment. Maintain clean work areas and follow safety protocols while working with team members to meet targets.

The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, and the ability to operate basic computer inputs. This production position is indoors with PPE and safety procedures in place.

Work Environment

Machine Operator I roles are performed in a production facility where safety, cleanliness, and efficiency are prioritized.

• Work is performed indoors in a manufacturing setting
• Exposure to loud noise, dust, and chemical fumes
• Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, masks, gloves, and steel-toed boots
• This position is designated as a safety-sensitive role and is subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing
