FXI in Florida is hiring for a General Labor role to support fabricating operations on an on-site production floor. You will operate basic fabrication devices, read work orders, stage products, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of factory experience, can read measuring devices, and is able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50 lbs. English literacy is required for daily communication and safety procedures.

• Follows 5S and safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts set-up and operates a variety of fabricating devices (including but not limited to Roll Packs, Dolphin, etc.)
• Able to perform functions of General Labor 1 & 2
• Performs machine operations to support the assembly floor
• Verifies conformance to specifications using a tape measure
• Reads work orders to specifications
• Stages product in designated areas
• Identifies and/or records any problems related to the product, process, and the quality system
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
• Follow 5s and Safety policies and procedures
• Other duties, as assigned
