Job summary

Local Bounti is seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team in Mount Pleasant, Texas. You will help harvest and grow our product for our customers, working closely with maintenance, harvest & pack area, and our growing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months related experience or training, or equivalent of education and experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of machinery and tools.

• Strong mechanical knowledge of multiple machines and tools, including their safe operation, uses, and maintenance in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic knowledge of the English language, including being able to read, speak, write, and to train others on operations, to include understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
• Analytical skills and the ability to use logic and reasoning to trouble shoot, identify solutions, conclusions, or approaches to a problem.
• Communicate with team members, and support teams to ensure continuous, safe production of the product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
