Local Bounti in Mount Pleasant, Texas, is seeking a Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. You will help harvest and prepare our fresh, locally grown produce for customers, working closely with maintenance, harvest and pack areas, and the growing team.

The role emphasizes practical mechanical skills, safe operation of multiple machines, teamwork, and clear communication to keep production running at high quality with minimal waste.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months related experience or training, or equivalent of education and experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of machinery and tools.

Position Overview:

We are seeking aMachine Operatorto join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help us harvest and grow our product for our customers. You will work closely with our maintenance team, harvest & pack area and our growing team.
