Nice-Pak Products, Inc. in Mooresville, IN is seeking an Operator in Training to support daily production. This safety-sensitive role involves tending machines, adjusting settings, and ensuring quality.

You will collaborate with Quality, Shipping, Maintenance and HR to meet targets and uphold cgmp standards. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, strong communication, and the ability to train others. Experience in machine operations and teamwork will help you succeed in this high-performance

Competenze

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Machine operation experience preferred.
Good communication and ability to train others.
Ability to work in a team-focused environment.
Must be able to bend, stand, and perform physical tasks for long shifts.

Mansioni

Tends machines and makes functional adjustments to meet specifications and quality attributes with assistance.
Tends converting/packaging lines including splicing, wrapping, lid application and palletizing of wet wipe products.
Operates machines to meet manufacturing and quality targets.
Detects, records and reports defective materials or conditions to QA.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment per safety and cGMP regulations.
Follows changeover checklists and performs changeovers with assistance.
