Job description

Machine Operator: Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product. Responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery, including feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished products from the line. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation results against predetermined tolerances.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Job Level Description: Demonstrates proficiency in and working knowledge of several areas of the function. Handles semi-routine duties.

Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.

Years of Related Experience: 1 to 2 years.

Physical Requirements: The physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, bending, using hands, operating a computer, and specific vision abilities. Frequently lift/move up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds. Use of Personal Protective Equipment is mandatory in field, production, or warehouse settings.

Work Conditions: Employees may need to obtain licenses, undergo background checks, or meet legal standards due to the regulated nature of the gaming and lottery industries. All employees must meet these requirements to fulfill their roles.
