Job summary

Schwan's Company in Arizona is hiring for a 2nd shift Production Operator in a food manufacturing environment. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential from 3 p.m. to 6 a.m. This full-time role is on the D Crew, with hours 6:00 p.m.

What You Will Do:

• Performance of quality checks.
• Completes all required paperwork (for example: downtime, HACCP, etc.)
• Utilize SAP and SOPs as appropriate.

What You Will Bring:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Ability to operate multiple machines safely with minimal supervision and obtain necessary production specifications.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical activities (Lifting up to 50 lbs., and bending, carrying, pushing, pulling and other activities as needed).
• Ability to stand on concrete and work in hot and/or cold temperatures.
