Job summary

Schwan's is hiring for a full-time bakery production role in the West facility. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential after 3 p.m. This shift runs Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., in a hot and fast-paced setting.

You will control line speeds, perform quality checks, complete necessary paperwork, and use SAP and SOPs to ensure consistent product quality across Red Baron, Tony's, Freschetta, and other brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to operate multiple machines safely with minimal supervision and read production specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical activities (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling).

Responsibilities

• Control line speeds, batch formula, production rates, starting/stopping equipment, safety and product quality.
• Perform quality checks throughout the shift.
• Complete downtime, HACCP, and other required paperwork.
• Utilize SAP and SOPs as appropriate.

• Ability to stand on concrete and work in hot and/or cold temperatures.
