HID Global is hiring a Machine Operator II in Austin, TX, to support HID’s PACS production. You will set up and operate auto and semi-auto machines, verify BOMs and programming, and maintain equipment. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and routine 5S and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, docs, and standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office; comfortable with Windows OS.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work OT as needed.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines.
• Perform daily 5S activities and preventive maintenance (PM) of equipment.
• Verify BOMs, programming requirements, product types, artwork, and markings.
• Meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs.
• Collaborate with peers and internal customers; participate in process improvements.
