Qualifications

• Must work at a fast pace with very high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends; may shift.
• Learn, use and maintain specialized equipment.
• Adapt to constant change as a factor to success.
• Minimum one year manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; English communication skills.
• Read/interpret technical journals, specs and standards.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines.
• Conduct manual production operations as required.
• Verify BOMs and programming requirements, product types, artwork and markings.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions; maintain equipment and 5S.
• Support safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs through daily activities.
