Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Machine Operator to start, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing equipment across multiple levels I, II, and III. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and the ability to adapt on the plant floor.
You will follow standard procedures, maintain quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives while working with a team to meet production goals and ensure proper paperwork and labeling.

The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely. There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III). The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.
The hourly range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $17.25 and $19.55. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
