Job summary

GOJO Industries Inc. operates at the Wooster Campus in Ohio, seeking a Machine Operator II for Shift 3. The role is 100% onsite at USA Wooster Campus - Mfg/DC, requiring Lockout/Tagout certification and hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment.

You will set up, run, and troubleshoot automated assembly lines and maintain compliance with cGMP and SOPs. The starting pay rate is $22.19 per hour with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match and parental

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, understand and implement SOPs/WIS.
• On-the-job training provided for mechanical manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with training others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery per specifications to maximize production yields and minimize downtime.
• Perform setup, operation, maintenance and changeovers on assembly machines as required.
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) certified and follow LOTO procedures.
• Maintain machine log books and records for audits.
• Start/stop machines; respond to emergency stops and LOTO procedures.
• Read control panels and touch screens; diagnose and correct system faults.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and report to supervisor; perform minor repairs as instructed.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP, safety and housekeeping rules; train others if assigned.
• Verify components prior to use and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Manage inventory in component staging areas.
• Possess sense of urgency and act quickly when needed.
• Perform CNS tasks and other duties as assigned; operate Drum-Tote Filler.
