Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) currently supports a medical device manufacturing client in Marlborough, MA in finding a Machine Operator II. The role focuses on operating equipment per SOPs, tracking production data, and maintaining GMP compliance.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing or packaging experience, is comfortable in an FDA-regulated setting, and can follow written procedures. The 2nd shift runs Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM with potential overtime on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or packaging experience.
• Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and supervisor direction.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment according to established SOPs, work instructions, and specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain operational logbooks and production documentation.
• Support preventative maintenance activities and report equipment issues to leadership.
• Assist with material handling, inventory control, and maintaining material segregation.
• Maintain GMP compliance, product quality standards, and a clean, orderly work area.
