Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking an Entry-Level Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Sparks, MD. This 12-month, contract-on-W2 position runs 4pm–2:30am, Monday–Thursday, totaling 40 hours per week.

You will perform routine production functions—filling, packaging, labeling, assembling—and maintain logs under FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 guidelines. The role requires effective teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to read English specifications and perform basic math.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reads and interprets English specifications.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Effective communication with coworkers and supervisor.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labelling and inspecting under general supervision.
• Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs and ISO9000.
• Effectively works in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives.
• Makes effective decisions relative to position requirements.
• Must follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices, making decisions as required.
