Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator in Weymouth, MA to set up and run light industrial, semi-automated equipment for a range of medical devices.

The role requires attention to safety and quality, with clear SOP adherence and teamwork in a structured environment. The candidate will handle loading, packaging, labeling, assembling on the production line, starting and adjusting machines, and maintaining cleaning and safety documentation.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience, preferred.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run light industrial semi-automated equipment to make a variety of medical devices.
• Operate in-house machines safely and report safety concerns.
• Load, package, and label operations in a routine manner prior to shipment.
• Assemble goods on production line and start/maintain machines.
• Move materials and weigh/box/product as needed and stack onto pallet.
• Monitor in-process/finished material and report malfunctions or defects to teammates.
