Qualifications

• REQUIRED: English communication for safety and instructions.
• REQUIRED: 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation.
• Ability to use basic math skills (fractions and decimals).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, operate, and support production equipment and workstations according to work instructions.
• Perform mechanical assembly and basic machine operation using hand, pneumatic, and power tools.
• Measure parts and materials using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, or rulers to ensure accuracy.
• Read and follow work orders, travelers, blueprints, or basic drawings.
• Load/unload materials and perform lifting throughout the shift.
