Medline Industries, LP is hiring a Machine Operator for the Hartland, WI facility on 1st shift (5:00 AM–3:30 PM, Mon–Thu) with Friday OT 5:00 AM–1:00 PM. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in manufacturing.

Responsibilities include operating and troubleshooting machinery, ensuring quality, and maintaining a clean work area. The anticipated hourly salary ranges from $19.75 to $28.75, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401(k) contributions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment to detect malfunctions.
Prepare product for transfer and/or final processing; inspect output for quality and accuracy.
Perform machine cleanup, setup, and minor maintenance such as cleaning debris and replacing parts.
Respond to machine breakdowns and material upsets and restore operation to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with teams to review material availability and secure materials for production schedules.
Maintain housekeeping and organization in the assigned area.
