Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Hartland, WI is seeking a Machine Operator for the 1st shift to safely operate production equipment and deliver quality products. You will work with a dedicated team, take ownership of your tasks, and look for continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will set up, monitor, and troubleshoot machinery, perform basic maintenance, and help secure materials to meet the production schedule while maintaining clean, organized work areas and adhering

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Able to operate and troubleshoot production machinery

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the operations of machinery and associated equipment to detect and report malfunctions.
• Prepare product for transfer and/or final processing. Inspect product output for quality and accuracy.
• Perform machine clean-up, set-up, and minor machine maintenance such as cleaning debris from machine, performing product and instrument checks, and complete equipment repairs and part replacement.
• Respond to machinery breakdowns and/or material upsets and restore machine to working condition minimizing downtime.
• Review material availability with necessary teams and assist in securing materials to support and meet production schedule.
• Make sure all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area.

1st Shift - 5:00AM-3:30PM Monday - Thursday,

Friday OT 5:00AM-1:00PM

The anticipated salary range for this position: $19.75 - $28.75 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant\'s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
