Job summary

Workrite Ergonomics is seeking a machine operator to help run our woodshop, maintain equipment and support production. The role emphasizes safe operation and precise fabrication to meet product standards.

You will read and follow detailed job orders and drawings, set up tools, and assemble finished items with quality checks throughout the process. Great benefits and a supportive team environment accompany this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Entry level position requiring basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Ability to learn and make transactions in an ERP system.
• Ability to efficiently work in a high paced environment.
• Speak, read, write, and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Safe and correct setup and use of equipment and processes including but not limited to: molding machines, drill press, Kerf cutter, pin router, table saw and precision measuring tools.
• Maintain standards set by quality assurance.
• Understand and utilize detailed drawings, cut sheets, work instructions and job orders.
• Assemble and package products.
• Inspect parts and machinery for errors.
• Use of PPE such as hearing protection, safety glasses and safety toe shoes.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations.
