Job summary

PAC Racing Springs, a Race Winning Brands company based in Southfield, Michigan, is hiring for experienced machine operators for first shift. You will operate production equipment, inspect parts, and perform setup changes while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Setup, hand load, change tools and toolsets
• Follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
• Use designated measuring techniques for each part family
• Keep machinery and tooling in good working order
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
• Communicate issues effectively to appropriate individuals
• Visual attention to detail to detect surface imperfections such as dings, dents, scratches, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
