Job summary

Race Winning Brands is hiring experienced machine operators for first shift at PAC Racing Springs in Southfield, Michigan. The role focuses on operating production equipment, burrs, inspections, and packaging finished goods according to SOPs.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of machine operator experience and a high school diploma or GED. Perform setup, tool changes, measurements, and maintain a clean, safe work area while communicating issues to the team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of machine operator experience.
• Prior manufacturing or production environment experience.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Setup, hand load, change tools and toolsets.
• Follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Use designated measuring techniques for each part family.
• Keep machinery and tooling in good working order.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Communicate issues effectively to appropriate individuals.
• Visual attention to detail to detect surface imperfections such as dings, dents, scratches, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
