Job summary

Barton Staffing Solutions is seeking an Entry Level Machine Operator for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM or until 3:30 PM with overtime). You will load, operate, and unload automated assembly machines, follow safety procedures, perform 5S housekeeping, and conduct basic quality checks.

Weekly pay and benefits options are available. Other duties include recording test data, maintaining production records, and using hand trucks and common hand tools.

Qualifications

• Load, operate, and unload automated assembly machines per procedures.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety programs.
• Perform 5S housekeeping.
• Conduct visual and gauge-based quality checks.
• Record test data and production logs accurately.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Use hand trucks and common hand tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Job Title: Entry Level Machine Operator

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday (5:30 AM to 1:30 PM or until 3:30 PM with expected overtime)

Overtime on Saturdays 5:00am -1:00pm when needed.

Pay: $17.23/hour

Qualified Candidates must be able to:

• Perform duties to load, operate, and unload automated assembly machines in accordance with standard procedures.
• Follow safety and participate in the safety process
• Perform housekeeping/5S duties
• Perform visual and other quality checks using basic gauges
• Record quality test data in log or computer
• Prepare time & production records
• Use hand truck and common hand tools
• Perform other duties as assigned.
