Job summary

Romark Logistics is seeking a Machine Operator Level I for the 2nd shift (3:30pm–11:30pm, Monday–Friday) to support production of CPG, pharma and retail partners. You will read BOMs, inspect machinery, and maintain production records, with a focus on safety and quality.

The role emphasizes teamwork, basic math, tape measure reading, and the ability to troubleshoot and set up equipment with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Basic math skills required.
• Bi-lingual a plus; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Run and inspect machines before and after shift.
• Maintain records on equipment and production.
• Read Build of Materials (BOM).
• Set up equipment with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot problems that arise during the shift.
• Follow sanitation and GMP standards on the production floor.
• Assist with inventory checks and line changes.
