Job summary

Fieldale Farms Corp. is seeking a shift worker to operate and monitor plant equipment from 4:00pm to 12:00am, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday duties.

The role requires coordination with machine operators, quick reporting of outages and safety concerns, daily area cleaning, and willingness to perform additional tasks as directed by leadership. Candidates should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb vertical ladders as part

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor controls for plant equipment and correct malfunctions as necessary.
• Coordinate with machine operators for equipment operation and notify shift supervisor of outages and safety conditions.
• Perform daily cleaning of the work area.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the shift supervisor or higher leadership.

• Coordinate with machine operators for equipment operation and notify shift supervisor of equipment outages and adverse personnel safety conditions

• Perform additional tasks required by shift supervisor of from personnel in higher leadership positions
